Shannie Cohen Mitrovich is a pastry chef, who was drawn to the arts as a young child. After graduating from the School of Visual Arts with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design, Shannie spent over 12 years working for world renowned architecture firms in the hospitality industry designing award winning restaurants. Over the course of her career, Shannie’s work has been published in a number of design magazines. 

Shannie’s creative desires migrated into the culinary world as she began to make cakes and other pastries for friends and family. She soon realized that her true calling was cake design and decorating as it marries her passion for sculpting and painting with her love of all things sweet. Following her graduation from the International Culinary Center in New York, she launched her business designing bespoke cakes for a variety of occasions.
